Technical Outside Sales

Our company was founded in 1904 and today is Western Canada’s largest machine industry  supply distributor.

We fulfill this statement through our marketing machine tools, Hyd-Mech band-saw machines, a host of conventional machines, machine accessories, cutting tools, band saw blades, precision measuring instruments and abrasives.  These products are available through our branch locations in Vancouver (head-office), Edmonton, Calgary and Winnipeg. We support what we sell through in-house service, parts and training.  We are ISO certified.

We  requires a Technical Outside Sales of Band Saw and Blade based out of our Edmonton branch.  Some travel is required along with strong communication and people skills and a passion for the machining industry that we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
·         Be the expert on the products you manage – band saw machines and blades. ·         Travel to our branch locations to work with our sales teams and customers.  At time travel will be extensive. ·         Educate our sales teams and customers on the products you represent. ·         Achieve your annual sales targets on machines and blades. ·         Oversee our blade welding facilities. ·         Work closely with our supplier partners ·         Be capable of trouble shooting and repairing band saw machines. ·         Work with marketing so the products you are responsible for are aggressively marketed on our web site and print material. ·         Take ownership of any customer problems relating to band saw machines or blades and bring them to a timely and successful conclusion.

Key Qualifications:
