Senior Bilingual Technical Sales Representative Location: Mississauga, ON

With over 30 years experience and service, we provide quality analytical testing services to government and major companies in the environmental, food, oil & gas, health, forensics and genetic industries throughout North America.
DESCRIPTION:
· Increases sales by developing new accounts and expanding penetration with existing customers in the mining segment
· Participates in industry forums to raise awareness in our industry and distributes relevant information within our company
· Coordinates sales and service activities effectively with customer service, operations, marketing, IT, and other sales personnel through effective teamwork and communication
· Develops and maintains industry relationships
· Assists in creating, developing and executing a selling strategy on an individual account basis
· Provides sales projections of assigned clients as required for annual budgets.
· Gathers pertinent information regarding our market, customers, competitors’ strategies, and success/failure stories and communicates this information when appropriate within our company
· Assists and provides oversight of the development of systems and processes to ensure a superior customer experience - from sales through to invoicing
· Adheres to Code of Ethics Policy and supports and complies with all our company policies, Quality System and Health & Safety program
· The position reports to the Business Development Manager
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· Demonstrated success and leadership in previous sales role with a minimum of 5 years of experience
· B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in relevant sciences or equivalent in experience
· Must possess valid driver’s license and demonstrate safe driving record
· Strong technical background would be a definite asset
· Excellent listening, customer service, problem-solving and presentation skills
· Must be fluent in both French and English
· Must be able to write strong technical proposals
· Works independently with minimal supervision
· Communication skills
· Ethical, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and wants to make a difference
