JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: BILINGUAL Customer SERVICE Representative Department: Call Centre Reports To: Call Centre Supervisor We are searching for Customer Service Representatives to work in our busy, 24/7 call centre in Etobicoke. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:
· Minimum one year experience working in a call centre sales and customer service environment
· Clear and concise telephone communication skills in French & English, coupled with “active listening” skills
· Proven ability to meet sales targets (up-selling and cross-selling)
· Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
· High concentration and energy levels, with the ability to multi-task
· Good data entry skills
We have openings on the
evening (4-12am) and
overnight (12-8am) shifts. Please note – due to business needs, you will be required to work the weekends.
