Fleet Dispatch Coordinator- Full Time
Required for JOHN DEERE Private Fleet 

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Duties will Include;
Interactive with central dispatch, warehouse operations & work closely with fleet equipment vendors

Prepare ACE manifests, initiate trips, track equipment service, provide driver training & monitor driver records and hours of service

Applicant must also be prepared to provide shunting as required and be prepared to fill in for trips in the event of driver absenteeism/illness/vacation or shortage

Responsible for interviewing and training of new drivers assigned, including in truck communication & tracking systems

Applicant must have a minimum 5 years transportation exp. with a valid Class 1 License and FAST Card.

Candidate will be enrolled in the Saskatchewan Trucking Association Driver Training Program and will also be required to travel to Grimsby Ont.  for 1 week training session.

Must be computer literate & familiar with Excel & Microsoft applications, regular hours will be 10am to 6:30pm and it is essential that the successful applicant work as a member of a team operation.
