Parts Counter Person – Heavy Duty

Responsibilities: ·         Daily functions of the parts operations, including ordering, backorders, picking and delivery of parts to internal and external customers ·         Customer contact, order processing and selling of parts over the counter ·         Ensure customer’s needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner ·         Maintain physical and electronic parts inventory ·         Enter work orders ·         Work and communicate with technicians
Experience and Knowledge: ·         2yrs+ experience on a parts counter or inside sales role ·          Background in heavy equipment (school bus/coach/truck)  an asset ·         Communication and strong organizational skills ·         Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast paced environment ·         Computer literate (ADP fleet connect, Excel, Word)
