Your responsibilities will include: · Managing a team that provides exceptional tax plans and solutions to aid our clients in achieving tax savings
· Meeting with clients and their relationship partners to develop appropriate plans or solutions to address their tax needs to help achieve their business objectives
· Behave as a leader in the management of our growing tax practice
· Manage domestic income tax planning engagements for owner managed businesses
· Identify and develop new opportunities for additional tax services
· Providing exceptional client service
· Coaching and mentoring junior professional staff
· Presenting materials to staff and/or clients and/or referrals

The skills and behaviours required for this position include: · Completion of the CICA In-depth tax course
· 3+ years post designation experience in public practice
· Experience in domestic income tax planning and compliance
· Possesses a recognized professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA)
· Committed to providing exceptional client service in a team environment
· Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detai
l· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills
